Easy Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup heavy cream ( use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper , to taste
  • grated nutmeg , to taste

Directions:

  1. Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan. Add the spinach and seasoning.
  2. Continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency. If cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
