Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion, mushroom and garlic in bacon grease until soft.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and garlic powder if not using fresh garlic.
  3. Add entire bag of spinach and gently mix, then cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. After a few minutes when spinach has wilted, add cream and cream cheese and gently stir until cream cheese chunks have melted into the sauce.
