Easy Creamed Spinach

This is a really easy and yummy way to get your greens. I like to scoop it onto toasted, buttered ciabatta bread. To make it extra decadent, put servings into individual serving dishes, top with Gruyere and/or Parmesan cheese, and broil until browned on top.
Ingredients:
1/2-1 cup heavy cream (use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
grated nutmeg, to taste
Directions:
1. Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan. Add the spinach and seasoning.
2. Continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency. If cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
