David's Garlic Mushroom Butter Sauce for Steaks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  2. Add minced garlic, thinly sliced onion, and mushrooms.
  3. Saute' for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add 3/4 cup of soy sauce and dash of pepper.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve over your steak of choice.
  7. Enjoy!
