Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine vinegar, water, soysauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Score steaks lightly on both sides and marinate covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.
  2. Grill steaks on one side for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with blue cheese. Cover and grill another 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
