  • 1/2 cup butter (i sometimes use smart balance)
  • 2 -3 tbsp lemon juice (i sometimes use concentrate)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
  2. Stir and drizzle or dip.
