Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt & mix 2 cups of milk & half Velveeta block into thin cubes & melt into a microwave/stove-top in sauce pan stirring constantly between seconds on low or defrost,Then peel potatoes & then slice thin, wash & drained,slice onions,bowl of diced chives, diced green onion ,diced mushrooms and then layer in crock pot, one layer on each It should go like this slice potatoes, onions, green onions,chives parsley,salt & pepper, cheese sauce.Repeat steps until you have reach the top of crock pot simmer on low til done .Preferably 1 or 2pm till 5 or 6 pm. Serve with Roast beef & Boston baked beans or pinto beans
