Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. I put them in whole and break up with a spoon when done. You can cube the breasts if you like. Your choice.
  2. Put cubed ham over chicken. Mix soup, water and seasonings together and pour over chicken and ham.
  3. Turn crock pot to low and cook for about 8 hours.
  4. Serve over rice or pasta and your choice of cheese.
