  1. Rinse and drain the green beans
  2. Heat the oil until very hot and add all the beans
  3. Fry, turning often until they are soft and browned a bit (about 5 - 7 minutes)
  4. Drain the beans well then toss with the garlic, sugar, and soy
  5. Serve it forth
