  1. Heat your wok, saute garlic and chilli until fragant
  2. Add shrimp, stirr until shrimp turns pink, add eggs, stirr
  3. Add rice, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar / hondahsi
  4. Toss well, add spring onions, toss to mix everthing well, serve
