Chicken Willd Rice Supreme Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare contents of rice & seasoning packet according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan.
  3. Add chopped onion & cook over low heat until tender.
  4. Slowly stir in flour, salt & pepper.
  5. Gradually stir in half& half and chicken broth.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
  7. Stir in chicken, parsley & cooked rice.
  8. Pour in 2-quart casserole dish.
  9. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
