Chicken Tikka (Scd)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ginger , pulp
  • 1 tsp garlic , pulp
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup scd yogurt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for 2 (or more) hours.
  2. Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil).
  3. Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally.
  4. Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad and onion.
