Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower for 10 minutes then drain and put in pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle onion, cheese and pepper over cauliflower.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and pepper then beat well.
  4. Pour egg mixture over cauliflower mixture then bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
