Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a slit into the meatier part of each wing
  2. Stuff each wing with Pepperjack cheese and pull the meat and skin back over the cheese
  3. In a shallow bowl Beat egg
  4. In aanother shallow bowl combined Breadcrumbs and Parmeasan and season with salt
  5. Working with 1 wing at a time coat each one with the Egg and then
  6. The Bread crub mixture
  7. Place on greased Rack set on a foil lined Baking sheet
  8. Bake untill Golden{40 Minutes}
  9. Meanwhile in a sauce pan heat tomatoe puree and cayenne over med, heat.Season with Salt Serve with wings
