Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ( double recipe & use 1 small can)

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients
  2. And beat well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at
  3. 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 25 minutes
