Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a casserole dish.
  3. Mix eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Beat 1 minute.
  5. Pour into dish and add cheese.
  6. Stir in sausage and onions.
  7. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until center tests clean.
  8. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 3-5.
  9. Add onions or change out cheeses and meats for variety !
