Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage and drain. Half into one baking dish, the other half into the second baking dish.
  2. Mix eggs, onion, mustard, milk and oregano. Mix well. Add bisquick mix and cheese to egg mixture and mix till well blended.
  3. Pour half into each of the baking dishes with the sausage.
  4. Spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with more cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
