Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine oats flour 1/3 cup sugar baking powder and salt in bowl.
  2. Separate bowl combine milk applesauce and and egg whites.
  3. Add liquid ingredients and dry ingredients, mix until moist.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon
  6. Sprinkle on top of the muffins.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
