Directions:

  2. While warm enough to handle, dice potatoes
  3. Add some mayonnaise to bind
  4. Stir in the blue cheese
  5. Lastly blend in the spinach artichoke dip
  6. Salad should be a bit creamy and not dry
  7. Season if needed with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve either warm or well chilled
