Ingredients:

  • 4 slices toast
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices cheese, mild

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Butter toast lightly.
  4. Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
  5. Give ground beef on toast.
  6. Smear mustard on ground beef.
  7. Cover with cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
