Beef and Tater Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper.
  2. Pat meat into an 8 square baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven.
  5. Drain fat.
  6. Combine mashed potatoes and 3/4 cup cheese.
  7. Spread over meat.
  8. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  9. Bake 20 minutes.
