Barbecued Olive and Pesto Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef , mnce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Mix lightly and shape into burgers.
  3. Pre heat bbq flat plate to moderately high.
  4. Lightly brush burgers with oil.
  5. Add burgers to bbq, lower heat to moderate.
  6. Cook 6-7 minutes each side till cooked through.
