Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

Directions:

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Mash Bananas.
  4. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  5. Add melted butter.
  6. Add dry ingredients.
  7. Optional: Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.or nuts
  8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  9. For Banana Bread: Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
  10. Freezes well.
