Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed up banana, sugar, egg and butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix the baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.
  4. Combine the ingredients in both bowls. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Place 12 muffin cases (if desired) in a muffin tray. Pour the mixture into it.
  6. Bake for around 20 minutes, until when a skewer poked into a muffin comes out clean. *If you're worried that you're baking them for too long or perhaps they're turning brown (ick!), turn off the oven and let the muffins sit in there for 5 minutes before taking out and letting them cool.
  7. Enjoy your delicious muffins and listen to the compliments from everyone! :)
