Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss all ingredients into a blender, whirl until well mixed.
  3. OR, beat ingredients in bowl until well mixed.
  4. Bake in 8 x 8 pan 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
