Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork. Then add the flour, sugar, milk, brown sugar and baking powder. Mix with beaters until it is not very lumpy.
  3. Place in muffin tray and bake until tops are browned.
