Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup coconut water

Directions:

  1. Put the bananas and dates into the vitamixer and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture onto the dehydrator (make a thin layer). Set the dehydrator at 110 degrees for 8 - 10 hours.
  3. Take out and cut into desired shapes.
  4. Make the coconut cream filling out of the coconut and honey in the vitamixer.
  5. Fill the crepes.
  6. The blueberry sauce is the blueberries, honey and coconut water in the vitamixer.
