Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175c
  2. Mash baananas & finely chop the dates.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & leave to stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a non stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Store in an airtight container & eat within 2 days.
