Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 large bananas

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Bake in an 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
  4. Top/ice with Cream cheese& icing (powdered) sugar mixture.
