Daddy's Fluffy Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
  2. Add milk,oil and egg.
  3. Whisk with fork until blended.
  4. Cook on greased skillet or griddle.
  5. Cook to desired doneness.
  6. Only flip once - more than once will result in tough pancakes.
