Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until loaf passes the toothpick test.
