Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until onion is limp. Add flour and salt. Stir. Add broth and water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add potatoes and milk. Add cheese and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts. Serve with bacon bits, green onion and grated cheese.
