Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion & celery in a small amount of butter or microwave until al dente, cool
  2. Combine the seasoning and bread crumbs
  3. Lightly toss crumbs, celery & onion with the crab meat
  4. Lightly, without breaking the the lumps, add mayoanaise
  5. Form into desired size cakes
  6. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until the tops are brown
