Baked Breakfast Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F degrees.
  2. Peel bananas, cut each in half lengthwise.
  3. Place cut sides up in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle bananas with marshmallows and sugar.
  4. Mix cornflakes with butter and sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake about 12 minutes or until bananas are tender.
