Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/3 cup soya milk
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cut the apple and banana in small pieces and put them in a microwave bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal, soy milk, water and cinnamon and stir.
  3. Cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
