Bacon-asparagus Wraps (side-dish)

Ingredients:

  • 1 strip bacon
  • .1 oz olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut fibrous ends off asparagus, coat in thin layer of extra-virgin olive oil. Wrap bundle(s) of 10-20 stalks in a single strip of bacon. Place in oven at 400'F for 15 minutes on an open rack or broiler pan; Alternatively, put these on the grill!
