Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla.
  6. Add flour mixture until just moist.
  7. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour. Cool at least 10 minutes in pan before removing to rack to cool completely.
