5 Minute Low Fat Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans pinto beans
  • 2/3 cup salsa (mild , medium, or hot depending on how spicy you want it)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Drain the beans.
  2. Pour everything except for the cheese into a blender.
  3. Blend until the mix is smooth.
  4. Pour into a microwave safe bowl.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring once.
  6. Add cheese to the top while the dip is hot.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
