  1. Toast 2 slices Healthy Life Whole Wheat 100% Whole Grain bread
  2. Spread 1/2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard (I get mine from Aldi) on one slice
  3. Add slice of tomato and lettuce
  4. Enjoy!
