  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9x13” baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder and pudding mix.
  3. In a large bowl, mix applesauce, bananas,eggs and Splenda. Add the milk and extracts.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet, mixing well. Fold in drained pineapple.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  6. Bake approximately 45-55 minutes, until the middle is baked firm.
  7. Let cool before cutting. Freeze any leftover on the second day. It spoils fast.
