Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together Margirine and peanutbutter in a lrge bowl with big spoon when blended and creamy ad white sugar, brown sugar mix till light and fluffy.
  2. Add: Vanilla and Salt mix again
  3. Add Baking Soda , Baking powder and Flour{stir all up mixture will be thick}
  4. Stir till smooth
  5. Shape balls {1 inch} arrange on cookie sheet
  6. Dip fork into small amount of Flour and mash each ball dough twice in cris cross pattern
  7. Bake at 375 10 minutes
  8. Cool slightly before removing from pan. makes 4 dozen
  9. Given to me by a freind who doesnt use white flour
