What a Wonderful & Quick Potato and Green Pepper Stir-Fries!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes , cut into long thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 green peppers , cut into long strips
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Put the long thin strips of potatoes into the water to remove the starch content of the potatoes.
  2. Leave them for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic.
  4. Drain the potatoes well from water and add into the pan.
  5. Stir the potatoes until potatoes go half clear.
  6. Add green pepper and continue to stir for about 2 or 3 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper to tast.
  8. Then serve and eat!
