Sauteed Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and saute garlic in a skillet until tender.
  2. Cut potatoes into cubes and add to skillet.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let potatoes cook slowly in a covered skillet and check occasionally.
  5. If potatoes become too dry, add water.
  6. Cook approximately 25 minutes.
