Directions:

  1. In a large pan boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain.
  2. Meanwhile in the same pan add butter and saute garlic until lightly browned.
  3. Return potatoes to pan and mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add pepper (and salt if you want) and serve immediately.
