Ingredients:

  • 1 lb catfish (2, 1/2 lb fillets)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice , nellie & joe's
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place catfish fillets in large Ziploc bag.
  3. Add marinade.
  4. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  5. Place catfish and marinade in an 8 x 11.5 baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve fish over rice with reduced marinade over fish and rice.
