Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/2 lime , juice of

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking pan in the oven.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder.
  4. Dip fillets in melted butter, then in cracker-crumb mixture.
  5. Arrange fish in a single layer in the baking pan, sprinkle with lime juice and bake for about 20 minutes, until fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
