Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean product (chicken or pork).
  2. Pour beer in a bowl,than let set for 5 min.
  3. ,ruboff extra fat and blood.
  4. Set aside at room temp.
  5. To drain.
  6. Rub on spices.
  7. In a food processor,crush crackers (the finer the better).
  8. Pour out on shallow bake pan.
  9. Put 3- cups flour in a 1 gallon (or paper) bag.
  10. Mix eggs and milk.
  11. Coat product with flour.
  12. Dip in egg wash,make sure no pockets of flour remain.
  13. Dredge and press cracker crumbs into meat.
  14. Place on plate and freeze for 30 min.
  15. (turning after 15min).
  16. Fry on med heat untill golden brown.
  17. (about 5 min. per side on chicken,4min. on pork) place on shallow baking pan (with drain rack) in the middle of pre heated oven325 for 30 min.
  18. If you use bonless chicken,reduce bake time by 10 min.
