Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash the garlic clove into a paste and put it in a small frying pan with about a tablespoon of olive oil. Let it cook a few minutes til it starts to brown.
  2. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus (*you can change up the veggies to suit your tastes). Saute until tender.
  3. Add the spinach until it wilts.
  4. Spread the alfredo sauce on the tortilla.
  5. Add the cooked veggies to the tortilla and top with mozzarella
  6. Place on the grill on low heat, just until the cheese melts. (I placed mine on tinfoil so that if cheese spilled it didn't stick to the grill).
