Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, add water and salt; bring to a boil.
  2. Add the broccoli and cook 1 minute or until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
  3. Drain the water and rinse the broccoli under cold water.
  4. Let broccoli drain completely and set aside.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the tomato, picante sauce, basil, onion, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt; stir to mix well.
  6. Add the broccoli, rice, and cheese; stir to mix well.
  7. Spread filling mixture onto tortillas; roll-up/wrap and enjoy.
