Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of bernsteins resturant recipie italian dressing.
  • 1 -2 cups of grated finely carrots. i buy a bag of grated carrots
  • 1 medium. can of sliced olives .
  • 2 bunches of green onions chopped .
  • 2 -2 1/2 cups of partially cooked broccoli
  • 1- 1/2 to 2 cups of cooked peas. dont over cook

Directions:

  1. (1)boil macaroni till done. then run under cold running water till cool.
  2. While macaroni is cooking (2) chop veggies and add to big mixing bowl.
  3. (3)when macaroni is cooled under running water at to mixing bowl with
  4. The veggies.
  5. (4)pour 1 bottle of bernsteins resturant recipie italian dressing over salad and mix well.( 5) chill for about an hr. its great to make ahead of time even for a day or evening ahead of time.
